NO PEEK STEW 
2 lb. stew meat
6 carrots, sliced
2 onions, cut in chunks
1 c. celery, cut in chunks
2 tbsp. dry tapioca
1 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
2 cans stewed tomatoes
4 potatoes, quartered

Combine all ingredients. Put in large Dutch oven.

Bake at 300°F for 4 hours. Do not PEEK.
