SHRIMP WILD RICE 
1 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain rice and wild rice cooked according to directions
2 c. cooked shrimp

Saute green pepper and onion in butter and add remaining ingredients. Pour 1 can cream mushroom soup over. Top with grated cheese, if desired. Heat in moderate oven until bubbly.
