"SOUPER" CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can each of cream of mushroom & chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 c. raw regular white rice
1 frying chicken, cut up
Salt & pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter 9"x13" baking dish. Combine soups, milk and rice in casserole. Lay chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with soup mix. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Easy party dish. Serves 6.
