"SOUPER" CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
1 soup can of milk
1 c. raw reg. white rice
1 frying chicken, cut up
Salt
Pepper
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine soups, milk and rice in casserole. Lay chicken pieces on top. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with soup mix. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 6 servings. The easiest party dish ever!
