CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 soup cans milk
1 lg. frying chicken, cut up

Mix rice, soup, soup mi, and milk. Put in a 3-quart casserole. Place chicken pieces on top, skin side down. Bake in 250 degree oven for 3 hours. Turn chicken once.
