CHICKEN STIR FRY | |
2 to 4 tbsp. oil 1 lb. boneless chicken 2 pkgs. Kikkoman Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix 1 to 2 tbsp. Chinese Five Spice 1 to 2 tbsp. ground ginger 2 cans LaChoy Chinese Vegetables 2 cans sliced water chestnuts 2 to 3 raw carrots 2 to 3 stalks celery 1 green pepper 1 red pepper or any raw vegetable that you like 3 tbsp. soy sauce Cut chicken in 1 inch pieces then cut raw vegetables to thin strips. Open cans and drain. Heat wok or fry pan to about 300 to 350 degrees. Add oil and heat. Then add chicken until brown and cooked through. Add spices. Cook about 2 minutes then add canned vegetables. Cook about 2 to 4 minutes. Add soy sauce. Then add all raw vegetables. Cook until hot. Serve over rice. |
