SALAD DELIGHT TROPICAL | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Jello 1 (24 oz.) low fat cottage cheese 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 c. broken nuts (pecan, walnut, almond, etc.) 1/2 c. coconut, optional In a large serving bowl, stir together cottage cheese, Cool Whip and well drained pineapple. Add dry Jello and stir until well blended. Add nuts and coconut; stir until all ingredients are well blended. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight with a clear wrap covering bowl. Try different Jello flavors for a different taste but all other ingredients remain the same. |
