GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
#1 - CRUST:

1 pkg. honey graham crackers (approximately 11 crackers)
2 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Crush crackers with rolling pin on wax paper. Combine with remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir to blend. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Save some of the crumbs for the top portion of the pie mixture.

#2 - FILLING FOR GRAHAM CRACKER PIE:

In double boiler, heat 2 cups milk to boiling. Then add the mixture below to the above hot milk:

3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Add mixture to hot milk and boil until thick. Then add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put in pie crust. Then beat the 3 egg whites, 1 teaspoon cream of tartar and 3 tablespoons sugar.

Put this mixture on top of filling. Then sprinkle remaining crumbs over the egg white mixture. Excellent!
