PORK CHOP FLING | |
1 stick butter 4 potatoes, parboiled Salt Pepper Parsley 1 onion Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. milk 4 pork chops (browned on top of stove) Melt butter in Pyrex dish in microwave. Arrange potatoes in dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley. Arrange thin slices of onion on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place pork chops on top. Add milk. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, uncover and brown 15 minutes. |
