BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, cut in flowerettes (I chop some of the tender stalks for texture)
1 lg. sweet red onion, chopped
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and marinate overnight, stirring occasionally.
