BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 lb. bacon
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 sweet onion

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Cut up broccoli. Fry bacon crisp and crumble. Cube cheese. Slice onion. Mix together. Mix in separate bowl mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Add to salad at least 2 hours before serving.
