ICED PRUNE BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 sm. jars strained prune baby food

Beat the eggs until thick. Add the sugar and oil. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Frost with cream cheese icing.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar
Dash of salt

Beat cheese and butter until creamy. Add vanilla and salt. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Spread on cooled bars. They keep best in refrigerator and can be frozen.
