CONTINENTAL DUCK 
1 duck
Crushed corn flakes
Soy sauce
Onion rings, sliced

Brush duck with soy sauce. Roll in crushed corn flakes. Lay duck in 9x13 inch casserole dish on sliced onion rings. Bake, uncovered, for 3 hours at 325 degrees. Serve with the following sauce:

SAUCE:

1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. onion, grated
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. ginger
2/3 c. vinegar
Sliced almonds, toasted

Cook all ingredients together until thick. Serve over duck. Top with sliced almonds if desired.
