CONTINENTAL STROGANOFF 
1 lb. steak, cubed
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1 can onion soup
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream

Brown meat in butter. Add onion soup and flour. Stir in milk and water to blend. Cover and cook, over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Stir now and then. Blend in sour cream and heat.

Serve over noodles sprinkled with parsley. Makes 4 servings.
