CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
1 stewing hen
2 c. chopped onion
3 c. chopped celery
5 boiled eggs (chopped)
1 jar pimentos
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 large pan baked cornbread
sage, salt and pepper to taste

Cook stewing hen in crock pot covered with water. Add salt and pepper. Cook 6 to 8 hours. In a large baking pan crumble corn bread. Add onions, celery, boiled eggs, pimentos, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sage, salt and pepper. Add enough chicken broth to make a loose mixture and mix well. Debone chicken and add some to the dressing.

Bake at 350°F for about an hour or until it bubbles and firm in the center.
