CROCK-POT CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
2 sticks butter
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 large skillet cornbread
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or to taste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
2 to 3 c. chicken broth
chicken

Cook chicken (or turkey). Pull off bones. Sauté onion and celery in butter. Mix all ingredients; add chicken last. Put in greased crock-pot. Cook on high 45 minutes, then turn to low and cook 4 hours or until done. May need to stir.
