RED HOT WINGS
1 pkg. chicken wings
Vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. red hot sauce
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove minced garlic

Place wings and cut apart at joints. Heat oil at 375 degrees in deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan. Salt and pepper wings and cook in hot oil approximately 10 minutes or until done. While chicken is cooking, place butter in small saucepan and melt over medium heat. Add hot sauce, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Pour sauce over wings. Serve with blue cheese dressing, if desired.
