CAULIFLOWER MUSHROOM PASTA 
1 sm. head cauliflower, cut up & parboiled
1 med. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 sm. can (4 oz.) mushrooms
1 sm. (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 c. elbow roni or any cut macaroni, cooked
2 tbsp. olive oil

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms, tomato sauce, black pepper, salt, basil and sugar. Let simmer 10 minutes. Add precooked cauliflower simmer approximately 15 minutes. Pour over cooked noodles.
