LOU'S MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. mixed vegetables, frozen and cooked
1 can asparagus
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, chopped or minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Texas Pete or Tabasco

Mix last 5 ingredients together. Cut whites of egg into mayonnaise mixture. Put mayonnaise mixture over drained vegetables. Top with egg yolks, crumbled. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
