BAR-B-Q BRISKET 
BRISKET:

1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce

BAR-B-Q SAUCE FOR BRISKET:

1 lg. bottle ketchup
1 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. brown sugar

Mix first 8 ingredients together and rub over brisket. Cover and let set overnight in refrigerator. Bake for 5 hours at 300 degrees. Pour off juice.

Mix together ketchup, Liquid Smoke, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes until sugar is dissolved. Pour over brisket and bake 1 more hour at 300 degrees.
