BARLEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. pearl barley
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans mushrooms, with juice
1 c. chopped onion, lightly browned
3 c. bouillon (3 beef cubes and water)

Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
