1 c. nuts, ground fine 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. powdered sugar Scant 1 c. flour 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add nuts. Work in flour. Mold in balls the size of a walnut. Bake 40 minutes on ungreased sheet in slow 300 degree oven. Roll twice in powdered sugar, once when hot and again when cool. |
