1 lb. coarsely ground pork
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. fennel
Hog casings if desired

Mix all the ingredients together. It can either be put in hog casings, or can be made into patties. Fry small bit to see if seasoning is to your liking.
