1 lb. ground round steak
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Mix together above ingredients and press into large pie pan as you would shape a pie crust. On top of meat mixture, spread 1 can tomato paste, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, and 12 ounce can sliced mushrooms; bake 25 minutes in 375 degree oven. When meat pie appears brown, sprinkle 1 pound of shredded Cheddar cheese over top and 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese; return to oven until cheese melts. Serve with crusty French bread and a salad.
