VEAL PIE 
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 med. chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk

Salt, pepper and flour round steak (cut in bite size pieces). Brown in oil with onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, oregano and basil and simmer 30 minutes. While this is simmering, make crust for top.

Mix all the crust ingredients together and roll out.

When filling is done, pour in pie plate and add 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with rolled out crust and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until crust is done.
