POTATO SOUP 
4 c. water
6-7 med. potatoes, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1 can Spam, diced

Boil water with carrots, celery, onion, and bouillon cubes until they start to get tender. Add potatoes and Spam and boil until tender. Remove from heat and add milk, butter, and cheese (chopped).
