1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. milk
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together. Roll and cut on flour board. Shake a little flour on them as you put in a dish. Ready for use. Serves 6.
