CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 chicken breasts, boiled
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom
1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter, add onion and cook until tender. Stir in soup, Velveeta cheese and milk and cook until smooth. Add chopped chicken, cooked spaghetti and pour in casserole sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cook at 350 degrees until melted.
