PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple and juice (#303)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs and sugar together. Add vanilla and pineapple juice and pineapple. Mix well. Sift flour and baking soda together. Add to above mixture. Add nuts. Mix well after each addition. Bake in greased and floured cookie sheet pan 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick softened butter
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Icing will be thick. Dot on hot cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. Spread icing over cake. Icing spreads easily over hot cake.
