CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 chicken breasts (barbecue, optional)
1 head lettuce
1/2 pkg. deep fried won ton skins, cut in 1/4 inch strips
4 green onions (more, if desired)
4 tbsp. browned sesame seeds

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. salad oil
6 tbsp. vinegar (Japanese best)
2 tbsp. sesame oil

You can fry the won ton skins ahead of time and keep in plastic bag in refrigerator. I also do my chicken the day before and shred it. Mix everything together just before serving.
