GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked grits, cooked
1 stick butter
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten and milk to make 1 c.

TOPPING:

1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

To hot cooked grits add butter and cheese. When cooled add milk/egg mixture. Pour into lightly greased casserole and add topping. Bake 35-45 minutes at 300 degrees.
