1 3/4 c. unsifted flour (all-purpose)
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Combine dry ingredients, add all but water. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in water, batter will be thin. Pour into 2 greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
