MOIST & DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 3/4 c. cocoa 2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1 c. hot coffee 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Mix together first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Mix together oil, hot coffee, milk, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl. Gradually add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, 1/3 at a time. Mixture will be very thin. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch cake pans or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes (45-50 minutes in Bundt pan). |
