TRADITIONAL PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pastry shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk or Magnolia brand (not evaporated)
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each ground ginger, nutmeg & salt

In large mixer bowl mix all ingredients except pastry shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, bake 35 minutes longer or until knife edge comes out clean. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
