1 pkg. Devil's Food cake mix
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
12 to 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cake consistency.
