1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can chocolate pudding
1/2 to 1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 to 1 c. nuts

Mix cake mix and pudding together. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
