1 pkg. Devil's Food cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (2 oz.) pkg. chopped nuts

Prepare pudding mix with milk and cook following directions. Cool slightly. Pour into Devil's Food cake mix and mix well by hand. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour batter into pan. Spread out. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cut into squares.
