1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pkg. cooked frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Combine first 6 ingredients. Spread on greased cookie sheet (with edge). Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
