ORANGE AND THYME GLAZE FOR FISH | |
In a small saucepan thin 1/3 cup orange marmalade with a little water over medium heat. If you like, add a tablespoon or so of butter. Add a pinch of leaf thyme (about 1/2 teaspoon). Lemon thyme would also be good. Pour this glaze over broiled fish. It's great with roughy! |
