BAKE KOREAN CHICKEN | |
5 lb. chicken 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 c. shoyu 6 tbsp. sake or rice wine 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. crushed garlic 4 tbsp. sesame oil 4 tbsp. sesame seed Green onion 1 chili pepper, crushed Mix all together and pour over chicken. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
