TATO - TACO CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes
8 oz. carton sour cream
2/3 c. water

FILLING:

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. taco sauce
1 c. shredded cheese

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. slightly crushed taco chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients and press into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. In a skillet, brown meat. Stir in taco sauce and heat through. Combine meat mixture and cheese. Spread over baked crust. Arrange lettuce and tomato on top of meat. Sprinkle chips over all. Serve.
