1 (12 oz.) bag Doritos
2-3 lbs. ground beef
1 can chili beans
1 can Rotel, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. chili mix
1 lb. mild Velveeta (Mexican)

Brown and drain beef. Add chili mix and a little water. In rectangle casserole dish, layer Doritos, beef, beans, Rotel, soup and thick slices of cheese. Cover with another layer of Doritos. Press down slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Last 2 minutes of baking, top with extra cheese to melt.
