BAKED SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Butter
1 can pink salmon, flaked
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 pieces of toasted bread, crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the onion and green pepper in small amount of butter in a saucepan for about 10 minutes. Combine salmon, milk, toast crumbs, onion mixture, salt, pepper and mix well. Place in a greased baking dish and bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
