BANANA FRENCH TOAST 
6 to 8 (thickly sliced) sourdough bread

Place in a blender:

2 bananas (ripe)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 c. skim milk
Dash of cinnamon

Blend until smooth. Dip bread and cook in non-stick pan until browned on both sides.

Top with chopped pecans and honey or maple syrup.
