BANANA FRENCH TOAST 
1 c. eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 lg. banana, cut up
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 - 3 tbsp. sugar or 1 tbsp. honey

Blend ingredients until smooth. Soak bread. Bake on hot oiled griddle until golden. Pour cinnamon syrup over toast. Simply bring to a boil 2 cups maple syrup and 2 cinnamon sticks.
