WHITE CLAM PIZZA 
1 bag fresh dough from bakery
1 c. chopped clams
2 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
4 tbsp. olive oil (or spray with olive oil spray)
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. dried oregano

Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Set the oven at 425 degrees. Transfer dough onto a pizza stove or pan. Sprinkle the clams and garlic on the dough. Drizzle (or spray) with oil and sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano.

Transfer the pizza to the hot oven. Bake for 25 minutes or so until the dough is golden brown at the edges and cooked through. Do NOT over bake! Yields: 2 (12 inch) or 1 large pizza.
