ORIENTAL SHRIMP SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 lb. shrimp, cooked & deveined
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 pkg. pea pods
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. scallions

In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon, garlic and horseradish; mix well. Toss with the remaining ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Serves 6.
