LASAGNE 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. hamburger
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (+6 cans water)
4-6 tbsp. Spice Islands spaghetti sauce seasoning
2 tsp. whole oregano
2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8-1/4 tsp. pepper

Fry hamburger and onion until browned, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 3 hours, stir often.

8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 pt. (2 c.) cottage cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan and 1/3 of above sauce

Cook noodles. In 13 x 9 inch pan layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (or until all ingredients are melted/blended).
