CHEESE SALAD 
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 lb. yellow mild cheese
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
Celery & green pepper, cut in sm. pieces
1 can ripe pitted olives
1 (5 oz.) can pimiento olives

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Marinate overnight.
