HAMBURG CHOP SUEY 
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans Chinese noodles

Saute celery, onions and hamburg. Mix together rice, soups and soy sauce. Put hamburg mixture in casserole dish and top with second mixture. Add Chinese noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
